摘要
报告原发性小肠恶性肿瘤53例,其中十二指肠腺癌并血吸虫卵沉着和回肠平滑肌母细胞瘤并肠系膜淋巴结转移各1例。男性39例,女性14例,男女之比为2.8:1。年龄6～71岁,平均43岁;癌的平均年龄49.5岁,恶性淋巴瘤为34.5岁。腺癌43.4％,恶性淋巴瘤32.1％,平滑肌肉瘤20.7％,类癌3.8％。
A clinico-pathological analysis of 53 cases with primary malignant tumors of small intestine was reported. Of this series 39 were male and 14 were female, with a male to female ratio of 2.8:1. The age of the patients ranged from 6 to 71 years with an average of 43.0 years. The mean age of patients with carcinoma and malignant lymphoma were 49.5 years and 34.5 years respectively. The commonest histological type was adenocarcinoma which accounted for 43.4％ of all patients. Percentages of other histological types were 32.1％ for malignant lymphoma, 20.7％ for leiomyosarcoma and 3.8％ for carcinoid respectively.
