摘要
从一维最佳二进阵列本质特征入手，证明了一维最佳二进阵列的猜想．这一证明表明，利用阵列的本质特征寻找高维最佳二进阵列会有很大的帮助．同时，本文也回答了循环Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ 矩阵猜想的正确性．
Beginning with the unusual character of one-dimensional perfect binary arrays,its conjecture is proved in the paper.The way shows that the method is helpful to find high-dimensional perfect binary arrays.In the meantime,we also prove the conjecture of cyclical Hadamard matrix is also true.
