摘要
本文研究了退火温度等因素对Fe -Cr-Si-Mo、Fe -Cr-Co、Fe -Cr -Al铁磁性合金阻尼特性的影响 .在磁畴不可逆移动内应力理论基础上 ,较深入地探讨了磁 -机械滞后产生内耗的机理 .在兼顾合金其它性能的同时 ,确定了合金具有高阻尼特性所对应的退火温度及该合金的使用温度范围 .
The influence of heat treatment(annealing temperature)on damping characteristic of Fe-Cr-Si-Mo、Fe-Cr-Co and Fe-Cr-Al ferromagnetic alloys is studed.Based on the theory of the internal stress of magnetic domain non reversibly moving,the mechanisms of internal friction produced by the magnetic mechanical hysteresis are approached.The suitable annealing temperature corresponding with high damping characteristic of the ferromagnetic alloys is determined.These results are also benefit to seek the ferromagnetic alloys with high damping characteristic.
