胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗肺癌伴呼吸衰竭的老年患者的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗肺癌伴呼吸衰竭的老年患者的效果。方法 61例肺癌伴呼吸衰竭的老年患者,采用胸腔镜辅助小切口治疗。结果手术平均142min。出血平均280ml,术中均未输血。术后胸腔引流管放置平均3.5d;引流量平均350ml。治疗后所有患者手术后呼吸功能有所下降,但与手术前比较无明显差异(P>0.05);手术后2月随访,患者的呼吸功能有明显改善,与手术前有明显差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论胸腔镜辅助小切口对患者的创伤较小,对患者的呼吸功能影响小。手术后患者的呼吸功能明显改善。 Objective To study the effectiveness of assisted thoracic small incision on the eldly with lung cancer plus respiratory failure. Methods Sixty-one elderly with lung cancer plus respiratory failure were operated through assisted thoracic small incision. Results The time and amount of bleeding of operation were respectively 142 minutes and 280 ml. The time and amount of the tube were respectively 3.5 days and 350 ml. The respiratory function was declined after the operation, but no significant difference was found( P 〉 0. 05 ). The respiratory function was improved after two months ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The assisted thoracic small incision has a small trauma and respiratory function. The respiratory function could improve after the operation.
