摘要
本文通过对30例腰椎间盘突出症患者作经骶管腰椎硬膜外造影和MRI 二种检查的结果进行了比较。作者认为,这二种诊断方法都具有适应范围广,可显示整个腰段所有椎管内病变,具有安全、可靠、无痛苦、诊断正确等优点。而经骶管腰椎硬膜外造影方法简便,费用低廉,既可用作诊断,又能用作治疗;而 MRI 检查图象清晰,诊断更明确,但价格昂贵,目前尚不能推广应用。
This article,through examination on 30 patients who has prolapse of lumbar intervertebral diso, compares diagnostic result of peridurography of percutaneous lumbar vertehre of sacral canal with diagnostic result of MRI.The author thinks these two methods of diagnosis are safe,reliable,painless and accurate,and can be used in wider field.Both of them show all pathologic change of lumbar segment.But peridurography of percutaneous lumbar vertebra of sacral cartel not only,can be used as a way of diagnosis but also of treatment.It is convenient to operate and charges less,while MRI has advantage of more clear examining picture and detailed diagnosis,but it is expensive and can not be widely used.
