摘要
目的探讨不同护理方式对癌症患者置入中心静脉导管的影响。方法选取本院80例癌症需要化疗的患者,将其随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理。观察比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为60.0%,对照组总有效率为40.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.5%,对照组并发症发生率为20.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理提高了置入中心静脉导管的癌症患者的临床疗效,降低了其并发症发生率,是一种科学有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect on difference nursing model to 80 cancer patients with central venous catheter.Methods Eighty patients with cancer who require chemotherapy in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The clinical effect and complication of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 60.0%,which of the control group was 40.0%,there was significant difference on the total effective rate between the two groups（P 0.05）.The complication of observation group was 7.5%,which of the control group was 20.0%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can increase the clinical effect of patients with PICC,reduce the complication,so it is a scientific and effective method which is worthy of clinical promotion.
