摘要
本文利用传统中医的舌下望诊方法,对120例四肢长骨干骨折的伤员进行了临床观察。作者认为在临床上利用舌下望诊的方法诊察舌下二根静脉的充盈情况,在人体组织受到损伤时,舌下二根静脉的充盈程度增加,因此来作对骨折伤员的瘀血郁结之证进行辨证施治,均有一定的临床价值。但我们发现舌脉这一体征可随年龄的增长而假阳性率也随之增高。因此,对年老者下结论时必须慎重。
Linical observations to the inferior tongue veins of 120 pationts with fructures of long bones of limbs with traditional Chinese medicine are present in this paper,writer consisders that it has clinical value to diagnosis and treatmnt based on an overall analysis of patients with the venous stasis and extravasated blood according to observing the inferior tongue venous stases of patients with fructures,writer found that two inferior tongue venous stases be obvious while the human body was traumatized.Olso found that the inferior tongue venous stases of some patients is the eld were phoney which phoney posistive rat was increasing while they were the elder thus,it must be adopted a.prudent policy to make the consultation with the eld patients.
