摘要
医用骨伤科扑针器是最新研制成功的骨骼进针器械,它主要包括动力部分、导向控制部分和瞄准装置三个部分。本项技术和器械的主要特点是:用动力部分击发时所产生的推动力,将钢针有控制的快速射入骨的穿针部位,达到临床治疗的要求。本项技术和器械经临床应用108例,已取得良好效果,均能达到稳、准、快进针的目的,病人不用麻醉剂也不感到疼痛,无任何合并症发生,完全符合临床治疗的要求。本项技术和器械易于掌握,操作简单,便于推广。这项发明是对骨骼进针技术的一个重大突破。
The medical nail—launcher developed recently and successfully is a new bone—nail—insert- ing instrument.It is used for various treatment purposes in orthopedics and traumatotogy,greatly improving the conventional bone—nail—inserting technique. The instrument comprises of power,direction—control and sighting parts.The exploding force produced in non—head bullet shooted a nail from the sleeve into the predetermined site fast and under control,not al- lowing it to leave the sleeve to ensure operating safe.It had been clinically applicated in 122 cases with a good result.With the help of the instrument not only bone—nail—inserting can be carried out quickly,sta- bly and accurately,but also the patients have no pain without aneasthesia,and complications. The instrument is simple in structure and easy in both operation and popularization.Its development is a great break through in the bone—nail—inserting technique.
