盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生症132例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗的132例良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料。结果治疗后患者的IPSS评分、QOL评分及RV均明显下降,而MFR明显增加,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗过程中,出现轻度不良反应8例(6.06%),未见肝肾功能损害及其他严重毒副作用。结论盐酸坦索罗辛能迅速改善良性前列腺增生症患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,不良反应小,依从性高,是药物治疗良性前列腺增生症的理想方法,值得临床推广。
