摘要
目的探讨后牙专用纳米树脂(3MP60)与银汞充填术的对比观察分析。方法治疗组采用P60后牙树脂(3M美国),对照组采用高铜银汞合金(上海龋科材料厂生产)。结果在修复后1年的临床评价中治疗组的边缘密合性合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组的边缘密合度合格率明显低于治疗组。结论国外有学者发现对离体牙进行树脂修复后加涂窝沟封闭剂与单纯树脂修复后微漏性有显著性差异。
Objective To investigate the specific nano-posterior resin （3MP60） and silver amalgam filling comparison of observa- tion and analysis technique. Methods The treatment group were treated with posterior resin P60 （3M U.S.）, the control group using high-copper amalgam （Shanghai Branch caries plant material）. Results Clinical evaluation of restored la in the treatment group, the edge of the seal of the pass rate was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the edge of the control group was significantly lower than the passing rate of microleakage treatment group. Conclusion Foreign scholars have found in vitro after being repaired tooth for the resin coated pit and fissure sealant resin repaired with a simple micro-leakage of a significant difference.
