摘要
目的探讨9S管理在儿科护理管理中的应用与研究。方法回顾性分析我院从2010年10月至2011年10月在我院就诊的196例儿童患者资料,对196例儿童患者护理过程种采用9S管理。同时,设置182例儿童患者采用正常的护理,该组设置为B组。结果通过对A组和B组的比较发现,通过9S管理的A组儿童患者康复更快,满意度更高。结论 9S管理在儿科护理管理中的应用具有重要的作用,值得推广。
Objective To investigate 9S management in pediatric care and research management in the application. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from October 2010 Road in October 2011 in our hospital data of 196 pediatric patients,patient care for 196 children in the process of species using 9S management. At the same time,setting 182 children were treated with normal care,the group is set to B group.Results The results in group A and B by group comparison,9S management through the rehabilitation of patients in group A children＇s faster,more satisfied.Conclusion 9S management in pediatric care management applications play an important role,it is worth promoting.
