Correlation Study on the Sleep Quality of Senior High School Students with Anxiety

摘要 目的探究高中生睡眠质量与焦虑情绪的关系,为提高高中生睡眠质量与改进心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对某高中一~三年级学生共344人进行问卷调查。结果 37.80%高中生有睡眠障碍,匹斯堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总得分中位数为7.00;22.40%高中生有焦虑情绪,焦虑自评量表(SAS)标准分中位数为42.50。高中生睡眠质量PSQI总分与父亲文化程度间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=23.009,P=0.001);睡眠时间(χ2=15.347,P=0.004)、日间功能影响(χ2=14.031,P=0.029)与年级间差异具有统计学意义。秩相关分析显示:焦虑状况SAS标准分与睡眠质量PSQI总分及各成分间均存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论高中生睡眠质量与焦虑情绪之间有一定的关系。 Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality of senior high school students and anxiety,so as to provide a scientific foundation for improving sleep quality of senior high school students and education of mental health.Methods A total of 344 senior high students by cluster sampling were investigated with a questionnaire survey.Results 37.80% of these 344 senior high school students had sleep disorder and the median of total points of PSQI was 7.00;22.40% had anxiety and the median of standard score of SAS was 42.50.There was significant difference in total points of PSQI between students with different education level of their fathers(χ2=23.009,P=0.001).There were significant differences in sleep time(χ2=15.347,P=0.004),diurnal dysfunction(χ2=14.031,P=0.029) between different grades students.There was positive correlation between standard score of SAS and PSQI(P〈0.01).Conclusion There is some relationship between sleep quality of senior high school students and their anxiety.
