摘要
目的了解帕金森患者家属的生活质量。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷对102名帕金森患者家属及50名正常对照者进行测量。结果帕金森患者家属的总体生活质量(t=7.29,P<0.05)、心理健康维度(t=8.67,P<0.01)、躯体健康维度(t=6.57,P<0.01)、社会功能(t=4.59,P<0.05)及物质生活维度(t=2.52,P<0.05)均低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义,其中躯体健康和心理健康对生活质量的影响较大。结论帕金森患者家属的生活质量较差。
Objective To explore life quality of family member of Parkinson＇s patients.Methods The comprehensive evaluation of quality of life questionnaire was used to 102 family member of Parkinson＇s patients and 50 normal controls.Results There were significant differences in overall life quality（t=7.29,P0.05）,mental health（t=8.89,P0.01）,physical health（t=6.57,P0.01）,social function（t=4.69,P0.05）and material life dimensions（t=2.42,P0.05） between family members of Parkinson＇s patients and normal control group,physical health and mental health influenced life quality.Conclusion Life quality of family members of Parkinson＇s patients is poor.
