摘要
提出了评价监视雷达网效能的主要指标 ,即雷达网的探测覆盖、雷达网的情报容量、雷达网的抗干扰效能与雷达网抗摧毁效能。讨论了这些指标的定义与计算方法 ,初步研究了它们与监视雷达网装备投资费用的关系及效费比的优化途径。本文分三部分 :第一部分评述无干扰及摧毁威胁条件下的监视雷达网情况 ;第二部分讨论监视雷达网的抗干扰效能 ;第三部分讨论监视雷达网的抗摧毁效能。
This paper presents the main specifications to evaluate the efficacy of surveillance radar net. They are the coverage, the information capacity, the anti-jamming efficacy and the anti-destroy efficacy of radar net. The definitions and methods of calculation of these specifications are discussed. The correlation of coverage with the radar net equipment cost and how to optimize the cost-effectiveness ratio are preliminarily studied. This paper consists of 3 parts. In part 1 the surveillance radar net is studied under peace condition (no interference, no destruction). In part 2 the anti-jamming efficacy of radar net is discussed. And in part 3 the anti-destroy efficacy of radar net is discussed.
