摘要
中非关系国际贡献论的建构首先源于对国际舆论的回应压力,但根本上来自于中非关系自身可持续发展的内生需求和非洲期待上升的外生需求。当前中非关系的国际贡献论应突破传统的物质性关切,从物质性、战略性和理论性贡献三方面加以系统建构。中非关系的物质性贡献表现为中国对非洲的危机稳定和冲突后重建的帮助以及中非双方相互促进对方的可持续发展;战略性贡献体现为提升非洲的国际地位、推动国际对非合作机制发展和促进了国际体系向着更为公正合理的方向发展;理论性贡献包括为国际关系理论添加非西方要素、推动南南合作理论的建构以及促进国际发展理论的修正。
To build theoretical framework of contributions of Sino - African re- lationship is to answer the international criticisms, and more importantly to direct its sustainable development and to meet Africa＇ s rising expectations. The author argues that it＇ s important to go beyond the discussions about the economic aspect of this re- lationship and build a comprehensive framework for exploring its contributions from physical, strategic, and theoretical levels. The physical contributions of Sino - Afri- can relationship include stabilizing African crisis situations, helping African post - conflict reconstruction, and facilitating African and China＇ s sustainable develop- ment. Its strategic contributions embody in raising African international status, moti- vating new cooperation mechanisms, and pushing forward the transformation of inter- national system. And its theoretical contributions are to add new elements to current international theories, to facilitate theorization process of South - South cooperation, and to correct international development theory.
