摘要
自2000年中非合作论坛机制创立以来，中非关系进人一个新的历史发展时期，中国在非洲已成为最有影响的行为体之一。与此同时，当今世界亦处于大发展、大变革、大调整之中，非洲的发展步伐不断加快，仍在探索符合非洲实际的发展道路。西方国家一方面对非践行“新干涉主义”，另一方面也无法不从政治、经济和地缘因素出发重新审视和对待非洲。国际社会对中非关系评价多元而复杂，既有赞扬，也有批评甚至诋毁。因此，随着中国对非洲地缘经济与政治版图的重塑，评估中非关系需要将其置于国际环境视野下来考量，要有新视野、新方法、新观点。
China - Africa relations have become one of the main contents in the framework of international relation in building. The rapid development of China - Af- rica cooperation has promoted the study on China -Africa relations, in which differ- ent disciplines can be complementary. The topic can be chosen from different per- spectives and explained using various methodologies from different disciplines, and the data can be collected through different channels. The study on China -Africa re- lations has promoted the knowledge of Africa, increased the interaction between aca- demia and social needs, and stimulated the exchange of ideas between Chinese scholars and international academia. The author also points out the problems in the study of China - Africa relations, such as less theoretical probe, lack of micro - re- search and weakness in case study, and maintains that scholars should keep an ob- jective and neutral stance in order to reflect the true value of scholarship.
