摘要
针对现有的Pro/E功能存在尺寸公差与配合标注需要人工查手册得到上、下偏差值并手工输入,过程繁琐、费时费力的缺陷,对其进行了研究。利用Pro/Toolkit软件对Pro/E Wildfire进行二次开发,设计完成了自动查询和标注尺寸公差、配合的软件,提高了设计工作效率。
To sign note of tolerance or dimensioning in Pro/E system, designers must manually check the manual and input the upper and lower deviation. The process is tedious and time-consuming. The problem of signing note and dimensional fits in Pro/E was studied and analyzed. A set of software which can automatic inquiry and sign note of dimentional tolerance and dimensional fits was designed with Pro/Toolkit procedure development technology. Design efficiency was improved.
