摘要
以淫羊藿主要成分淫羊藿甙为指标,采用正交实验法考察煎制(浸泡)时间,煎出量、煎制方式对主成分的影响,从而找出这三种因素对其影响的显著顺序:煎得量>煎制时间>煎制方式。
The time, volume and method in preparing decoction of Epimediurn grandiflorum have been studied by orthogonal design through the determination of icariin. The factors which influence decoction-making conditions are in the order of: volum>time>method.
