全要素生产率与技术进步间的差别及测算——几何微分法的应用 被引量:27

Difference and Estimating of Total Factor Productivity and Technical Change

摘要 通过理论推导揭示时变产出弹性下全要素生产率增长率与技术进步在计量上的差别,本文提出估算时变产出弹性的简单公式和直接估算技术进步的方法,根据解析几何原理提出计算总量生产函数各变量导数的几何微分法,并测算了1978~2009年我国全要素生产率增长率和技术进步。测算结果表明,二者之间确实存在明显的差异,产出弹性改变的影响是造成这种差异的重要原因。 This paper reveals quantitative difference between growth rate of total factor productivity (TFP) and the technical change at time-varying output elasticity based on theoretical derivation. We also suggest a simple formula to estimate time-varying output elasticity of capital in different periods and method to estimate the technical change directly, and suggest geometrical differential method calculating derivative of various variables in the aggregate production function based on principle of analytic geometry. By using these formula and methods, we estimate growth of TFP and the technical change of China in 1978-2009. Estimating results show that the difference between growth rate of TFP and the technical change is significant. It finds that the effect of change of output elasticity is an important rea- son causing this difference.
