摘要
电视节目模板已在国际上形成巨大产业,但人们对电视节目模板本身及其法律保护问题仍存在着模糊认识。在各国现行的法律体系下,电视节目模板作为一个整体往往很难受到法律的有效保护。文章探讨了电视节目模板的概念及价值,分析了电视节目模板的现状,并结合我国法律实际,提出了保护电视节目模板的法律建议。
Television Programs Templates are large industry in the whole world, but people know few about the concept of television programs templates and its legal protection. In the existing legal system, television programs templates are often difficult to be effectively protected by law. This article discusses the concept and value of television programs templates, analyzes on the status quo of television programs templates, and combined with the China＇s law, put forward proposals of television programs templates＇legal protection.
