摘要
研究了Cr/BaTiO3基正温度系数(PTC)陶瓷复合材料的配比、制备工艺、结构对性能的影响。在本研究配方及Xi艺条件下,Cr/PTC陶瓷复合材料具有低的室温电阻率和PTC特性。
The influnces of preparation technology and structure of Cr/BaTiO2-based PTC ceramic composite on their properties have been studied.Under given conditions of composition and technology,the Cr/PTC ceramic composite having low. room-temperature resistivity and PTC effect were achieved.
