胶囊内镜在上消化道疾病诊断中的应用 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨胶囊内镜在上消化道检查中的临床价值。方法对26例有上消化道症状的患者进行胶囊内镜检查,并与胃镜检查结果比较。结果 26例患者均顺利完成胶囊内镜检查,均检出上消化道疾病,部分病例合并多种疾病,其中反流性食管炎3例,慢性萎缩性胃炎1例,慢性浅表性胃炎12例,糜烂性胃炎6例,出血性胃炎4例,胃息肉2例,十二指肠球炎3例,十二指肠球部溃疡2例;与胃镜检查结果一致性良好。结论胶囊内镜能客观反映上消化道病变情况,对上消化道疾病诊断有一定价值。
