耐高温纸主要影响因素及耐温机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用在原纸表面多层涂布有机耐高温助剂和浆内添加无机耐高温助剂的工艺制备了一种耐高温纸,研究了施胶剂用量、有机耐高温助剂的用量对耐高温纸耐温性能的影响,并采用SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC等现代检测方法对自制耐高温纸表面结构进行表征和耐温机理分析。研究结果证实:在纤维的表面形成了一层耐高温薄膜,当纸页在180~200℃下受热时,无机耐高温助剂吸收热量,有机耐高温助剂中的基团如甲基、苯基等发生分解,吸收热量,降低纤维表面的温度,防止纤维发生热降解。 The heat-resistant paper was successfully prepared by adding tile heat resistant additives in pulp and multi-layer coating of organic heat-resistant agents on the paper surface, the effects of sizing agent dosage, heat- resistant additives dosage on heat-resistant properties were investigated, and the surface structure and the heat- resistant mechanism of the heat-resistant paper were analyzed by modern testing equipment, such as SEM, FT-IR, TG-DSC. The results show that there is a heat-resistant thin film on fiber surface, when the paper is heated under the temperature between 180℃ and 200℃,the inorganic heat-resistant additives absorbs heat, the methyl and phenyl in the organic heat-resistant additives decomposes to result in the drop of the temperature on the surface of fibers preventing from the heat degradation of fibers.
