摘要
以马尾松KP浆为原料研究了漆酶处理对纸浆纤维形态的影响。研究结果发现,漆酶处理可使马尾松KP浆纤维粗度下降,纤维的卷曲指数和扭结指数上升,而对纤维的平均长度没有明显影响,对细小纤维百分比的改变无规律可循。同时研究发现,漆酶处理对马尾松KP浆的湿抗张强度也会产生一定的影响,漆酶处理后O、OE和OQP浆的湿零距抗张强度会发生不同程度的下降。
Taken masson pine kraft pulp as materials, the effects of laccase treatment on the fiber morphology were investigated in this paper. The results show that treatment with laccase can result in a decrease in the coarseness of fiber, and an increase in curl index and kink index to masson pine kraft pulp; moreover no obvious effect on average fiber length is observed; the change in fines content is irregular. It was found that laccase treatment has an effect on wet tensile strength, and that wet zero-span tensile of 0, OE and OQP pulp will decrease to a certain extent after laccase treatment.
