摘要
文中提出的城市道路交叉口交通安全评价方法,是通过引入交通冲突技术,并以其和灰色理论为理论依据,以早高峰、平峰、晚高峰3个典型时段的交通冲突与混合当量交通量的比值(TC/MPCU)为评价指标的.为了克服多个时段交通量与冲突数据调查所带来的耗时耗力问题,设计了计算软件,结合普洱市的29个交叉口进行实例应用.
A new traffic safety assessment method for urban road intersection on the basis of traffic conflict techniques and gray theory was firstly put forward,which takes three TC/MPCU into consid eration,namely that of morning climax, common and evening climax. Meanwhile, software is devel oped to calculate the statistics, which overcomes original waste in time and energy in calculating . This,therefore,provides a new method for safety evaluation at intersections. Finally, the new method was applied to 29 intersections in Puer as an example.
