摘要
作为黄河经济带与环渤海经济圈的结合点,黄河三角洲的崛起有着十分重要的战略意义。然而,作为最后一个尚未全面开发的大河三角洲,与其他三角洲相比,黄河三角洲不仅起步较晚,实力较弱,而且中心城市建设也不尽人意,直接制约了黄河三角洲的崛起进程。在此,作为黄河三角洲的中心城市——地处黄河入海口及其胜利油田所在地的东营市还只是一个新兴的中等城市,现有的经济实力还远不可与上海、广州等大河三角洲中心城市相提并论,无法作为一个强有力的经济龙头带动整个黄河三角洲的崛起与振兴,对黄河流域的辐射更是无从谈起。可见,加快黄河三角洲中心城市建设确实任重而道远,这不仅是加快黄河三角洲崛起的核心所在,而且对于未来的黄河治理及其黄河流域的崛起与振兴都具有十分重要的推动作用。
The Yellow River Delta is the bonding point of the Yellow River economic belt and the Bohai economic circle. Its rise has an important strategic significance. However, as the last not fully developed fiver delta, the Yellow River delta has its shortcomings compared with the other Deltas, such as late start, weak strength. Especially, the center city construction is unsatisfactory, which directly restricts the process of growing up in the Yellow River delta. Dongying city as the center city of the Yellow River Delta, located in the mouth of the Yellow River and Shengli oil field, is just a developing medium city. Its economic strength is far from Shanghai and Guangzhou which is the center city of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta respectively. Now, Dongying city is not yet a strong economic drive to promote the rise and development of the Yellow River Delta, to say nothing of radiation effect. Therefore, it is a long way to accelerate the center city construction in the Yellow River Delta. Center city construction is the core to accelerate the rise of the Yellow River Delta. Also, it has an important effect on the control of the Yellow Rive in the future.
