摘要
该研究利用本地某火电厂的固废物——Ⅱ级粉煤灰,通过溶液聚合法制备出高吸水保水复合材料,实验考察了交联剂量、引发剂量、中和度、粉煤灰掺加量对复合材料吸水性能的影响,得到适宜的合成条件是:交联剂用量为0.08%、引发剂用量为0.2%、粉煤灰掺掺加量为20%、中和度为85%。对此条件下制备的复合材料的吸水和保水以及重复吸水性能进行了测定。测试结果表明其吸水能力达到并超过了国家相关标准,并且具有良好的保水能力和重复吸水能力。
High water absorbing composite material was prepared with solid wastes flu ash (grade II) from a lo- cal thermal power plant through solution polymerization method. Influence of the amount of fly ash on performance of the composite materials was determined and discussed. It is shown that the water absorption ability of the material has reached and surpassed the relevant national standards. And the material also had good water retention capacity and secondary water absorption capability.
