摘要
目的探讨合并糖尿病的心脏病病人体外循环术后控制血糖对并发症治疗的意义。方法定期监测血糖,行血气分析,调整酸碱及电解质平衡,应用胰岛素控制血糖在15 mmol/L以下。结果手术后出现严重并发症的病人均治疗成功,治愈出院。结论在糖尿病病人的心脏手术中,有效的控制血糖,可以提高治愈率。
Objective To explore effect on complications after extraeorporeal circulation by controlled blood glucose for cardiac surgery in patients with diabetes. Methods Monitored blood glucose and blood gas at regular time, adjusted acid - base and electrolyte balance, The insulin was infused to control the blood glucose under 15mmol/L. Results All patients with severe surgical complications were discharged from hospital after recovery. Conclusion By effectually controlled blood glucose for cardiac surgery in patients with diabetes, we would prevent the complications, improve the cure rate.
