摘要
氮磷钾的正交实验表明:①处理4(N100ppm、P25ppm、K250ppm)植株增重最大,其它性状也好,可作一年生西洋参水培育苗配方。②氮磷钾对不同部位的人参皂甙含量有不同影响。茎叶中含量在14.72～16.72%,高于根中的3.24～4.00%。
Results of the orthogonal experiment of N, P and K are as follows: ① The highest growth rate occurs in treatment 4 (N100ppm, P25ppm, K250ppm) and other features are also good. So this treatment can be used in hydroponics of seedling of P. quinquefolium. ② The influences of N, P and K concentration on the contents of gensenosides in different parts of seedling are different. The content of gensenosides in aerial part is 14.72～16.72%, higher than 3.24～4.00% in root.
