摘要
从地勘企业项目投资基准收益率的重要性出发,通过对其定义的剖析,分析了影响地勘企业基准收益率的诸多因素,并由此确定其计算模型,最后结合实际工作中的具体情况,对地勘企业基准收益率的理论值进行修正,为地勘企业的投资决策提供理论基础。
From the importance of the minimum attractive rate of return for the project investment of the geological enterprise,with the analysis on the definition,the paper analyzed several factors affected to the minimum attractive rate of return for the geological survey enterprises and the calculation model was determined.In combination with the certain conditions of the actual operations,the theoretical value of the minimum attractive rate of return for the geological survey enterprises was revised and could provide the theoretical basis to the investment decision of the geological survey enterprise.
