摘要
师范生实践教学是高师院校师范生培养的重要环节,对师范生培养质量起着十分关键的作用。高师院校应以实施"国培计划"为契机,找准"国培计划"与师范生实践教学改革的契合点,推动师范生实践教学改革,加强高师院校与中小学校的联系与合作,形成共同培养师范生的良性机制。
Normal school students practice teaching is the key of normal school education and plays a very important role in culti- vating new teachers. For universities and colleges,promote the reform of normal school students practice teaching in the devel- opment of national training program can strengthen the coordination between normal universities and middle schools and prima- ry schools,thus build a benign mechanism for cultivating normal students.
