摘要
临床针刺督脉穴位能取得优干非督脉穴位的针效,硬膜外电针有较好的镇痛效果。本工作试图对深刺以督脉'阳关'为主穴的镇痛作用进行一系列的实验研究和比较观察,以为临床治疗中,针刺督脉穴的镇痛作用和安全度提供某些科学的实验依据。
In order to find out the effective but safeanalgesic method by acupuncture,a series of exper-imental research on animals was undertaken to inv-estigate the analgesic effect and the extent of safetyby deep needling in Yaoyangguan(Du.3),130purebred white rats were used in the research andthey were divided into different groups at random.The result showed:1).Deep needling in Yaoyang-guan has good analgesic effect,finding that theneedling at Yaoyangguan and Huantiao(G.B.30)is much better effective than that at bilateralZusanli(St.36),that at bilateral Huantiao andthat at Zusanli and Huantiao and the differenceis notable P<0.001;2).Deep needling at Yaoyang-guan with low frequency electric stimulation(4 to16 Hz)has better analgesic effect than that withhigh frequency(800 to 2000 Hz),the differencewas also notable(P<0.001);and 3).As to thesafety extent of deep needling in Yaoyangguan theintensity of the stimulation is limited between 3 to6 volt when the low frequency electric needling isused while using the high frequency the limit isbetween 13 to 17 volt.
