摘要
将 2 8 0只 2 1日龄商品代AA肉鸡随机分成 5组 ,组内设两个重复 ,基础日粮含铜为 5 .7mg/kg ,分别在日粮添加 4.3mg/kg,44 .3mg/kg ,84.3mg/kg ,1 2 4.3mg/kg,1 6 4.3mg/kg的无机铜进行 3周饲养试验 ,记录各组采食量 (ADFI) ,测定日增重 (ADG) ,料重比 (F/G)。结果表明 :日粮铜水平影响ADG和ADFI和F/G(P <0 .0 5 ) ,随着铜浓度的上升 ,ADG和ADFI呈下降趋势 ,F/G呈上升趋势 ,高水平铜对肉鸡无增重效果。根据试验结果 ,建议肉鸡后期日粮中铜给量为 1 0mg/kg。
commerical generation AA broilers at the age of 21 days were divided into 5 groups in random and a feeding experiment for 3 weeks was made with the basal diet containing 5.7 mg/kg Cu and by different addition level of Cu. The results showed that the Cu level of the diet had influence on feed intake, daily gain and ratio feed/gain( P <0.05); the feed intake and daily gain were lowered and the ration feed/gain was raised along with raising Cu level. For later stage diet of broilers, an addition Cu level of 10 mg/kg was recommended.
