摘要
胃扭转属现代医学病名,包含于祖国医学的胃病、胃脘痛,肝胃气痛等范畴内。其主要症状系上腹部胀满、疼痛、或痛近心窝,故又有心腹痛或心痛之称(勿与真心痛相混)。
72 cases of volvulus of stomach were observedand the diagnosis was confirmed for all of them bybarium meal X-ray examination.Points primarilyprescribed in acupuncture treatment included Zusanli(St.36)and Zhongwan(Ren 12)and other pointscould be combined in terms of clinical symptoms.The treatment was provided once daily with needlesretained from 30 to 60 minutes and 10 sessions con-stitute one course of treatment.All the patientswere cured with acupuncture except 2 who weremanaged by surgical operation.The treating courseranged from 7 to 10 days in ordinary cases but theshortest was 3 days only and the longest 1 month.By means of this therapeutical method,few pointsare selected,the technique is simple,and surgicalinvasiveness avoided,thus it is a good method easyaccepted by patients.
