非小细胞肺癌耐药相关因子与个体化治疗的研究进展

摘要 非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）近年来发病率居高不下,已经成为全球癌症的首要死因.化疗是非小细胞肺癌的主要治疗手段之一.目前影响化疗效果的主要因素是肿瘤的个体差异,主要指不同患者对药物的敏感性和抵抗性有显著区别.随着分子生物学的发展和人类基因组序列的测定,发现了一系列肿瘤耐药相关因子.根据这些相关因子的变化及其表达产物的状态,来确定治疗方案,为我们描绘了美好的肿瘤治疗前景.现对非小细胞肺癌耐药相关因子与个体化治疗的进展综述如下.
