海港城市港口治理制度——以韩国港湾公社制度为例 被引量：2

摘要 介绍韩国近年来施行的港湾公社制度,分析现状和存在的问题,提出理想的港口治理模式。先以行政学的角度分析港湾公社和港口治理的含义和内容,再以法学视角探讨港口治理相关法律制度的修订和完善。
