摘要
压痛点是医生在病人身体某部肌肉、皮肤上经过按压反应出来的痛觉或敏感点。它出现在非经穴点上时,叫阿是穴;出现在经穴上时,即与某穴相重合,如背俞、原穴、募穴、郄穴是压痛点最容易出现的地方。压痛点除了充实和辅助诊断外,临床上往往在压痛点施以刺灸、按摩、封闭疗法、水针疗法等,常常收到满意的效果。由于压痛点在临床上应用之广,
The author holds that the tender spots are the
temporary pathological reflex products,which will
appear and disappear in accordance with those of
disease.If the tender spots don't locate at the course
of meridians and collaterals,they are Ashi points;
if they are at meridians and collaterals,they might
overlap acupoints.The tender spots easily occur at
the Back-shu points,Yuan-primary points,Front-
Mu points and Xi-cleft points.Therefore besides the
function of replenishing and supplementing diagnosis,
in clinic we can gain satisfied results by application
of acupuneture and moxibustion,massage,block the-
rapy and hydro-acupuncture therapy etc.on the ten-
der spots.
