摘要
柔性附着塔式起重机常用于热电厂冷却塔等特殊建筑的施工中。针对柔性附着塔式起重机,利用有限元法分析了附着层数对柔性附着塔机塔身强度及附着钢丝绳内力的影响;并在弹性范围内通过非线性大变形计算,得到柔性附着塔机附着钢丝绳刚度及附着钢丝绳预拉力对柔性附着塔机塔身强度、静刚度、动刚度的变化曲线;同时分析了柔性附着钢丝绳截面参数及预拉力对钢丝绳最大内力的影响关系变化曲线,为柔性附着塔机柔性附着参数的确定提供了设计依据。
Elastic support crane is mainly used for construction of cooling tower of thermal power plant,and some other special occasions.For the tower crane under elastic support,FEM is utilized to analyze the influence of support layers on stiffness of the tower body and endogenous force of steel cables to get the changing curves for crane strength,static stiffness and dynamic stiffness through large deformation nonlinear analyzing and calculating in the range of elasticity.At the same time the influential change relation curves of cross section parameter and pretension of steel cable on maximum internal force of steel cable is analyzed,which provides design reference for deciding parameters of elastic support of tower.
