摘要
通过总结、分析现有化工热力管道自然补偿的计算方法,结合管道应力分析软件计算的经验,提出一个能针对任意形状的高温压力管道自然补偿计算方法。利用此方法,能方便、快捷地检验管道的柔性,从而极大地提高力学软件校核的通过率。
By summarizing the existing methods of high-temperature pipe self-absorption ability of displacement in chemical industry and the experience in calculating pipe stress by mechanics software, this paper gives a new method of calculating high- temperature pipe self-absorption ability of displacement, which is fit for any shape of pipes. Using this method, the pass rate of mechanics software checking is improved.
