摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方蛇补酊剂中蛇床子素的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为DiamonsilC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(80︰20);流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为320 nm。结果蛇床子素在1.0～5.0μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),方法回收率均大于99.96%,日内、日间RSD均小于1.5%。结论 HPLC法准确可靠,简单可行,可用于复方蛇补酊剂中蛇床子素的含量测定。
Objective： To develop a straightforward and sensitive method for determination of osthol in tincture of compound Shebu by HPLC.Methods： HPLC was used with Diamonsil C18 columu（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water was 80︰20,with detection wavelengh at 320nm.Results： The linear response range was 1.0~5.0μg·ml-1（r=0.9997）.The recovery was all more than 99.96%.Inter-day and intra-day relative standard deviation was all less than 1.5%.Conclusion： The analytical method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the concentration of sthol of tincture of compound Shebu.
