摘要
自1976年至1986年,我们以穴位埋线为主治疗胃及十二指肠球部溃疡1364例,疗效较满意,现报道如下。一般资料1364例中,男556例,女808例。病程最长31年,最短半年。并发胃下垂105例、浅表性胃炎12例、浅表萎缩性胃炎3例、萎缩性胃炎3例、局灶萎缩性胃炎1例、胃粘膜脱垂6例、胃出血181例、巨大溃疡3例。
1364 cases were indivited into 3 groups:Group(1):1078 cases were treated in selecting Zhongwento Shangwen,Weishu to Pishu and Zusanli.Group(2):186 cases were treated in selectingsame points as above and combing the other pointsaccording to stagnacy of liver,blood stagnacy,heatof stomach.Group(3):100 cases were treated by samepoints and taking Kui Yansan,The catgut was em-beded once a month and 1-3 times were enough.Itwas shown that the effectiveness of group 2 wasmuch better and most effective:gastroptosis and su-perficial gastritis.It has function for atrophic gastri-tis,but for gastric mucous prolapse cases.
