摘要
刀调仪的测量数据输出到Mazak数控机床时存在两次手工传递,效率低且容易出现错误。文中研究了Mazak机床的数据格式,并编写了后处理器,实现了刀调仪和Mazak数控机床之间的自动数据传递,提高了刀调仪数据传递的可靠性。
When the data measured by tool presetter is input into Mazak NC machine, there are two handy transfers, which result in low efficiency and more errors. Data format of Mazak NC machine is studied and a postprocessor is programmed in this paper, and automatic data transfer is realized, thus the transfer reliability of tool presetter is increased.
