摘要
综述了近年来在芥子气药物防治研究方面的进展 ,评述了目前正在研究的几种药物及其可能的防护机理 ,认为对芥子气的药物防治应是综合性的。谷胱甘肽、半胱氨酸及其酯类、聚(ADP 核糖 )聚合酶抑制剂、精氨酸结构类似物。
This paper summarizes the recent advances in research on anti mustard gas drugs and presents the drugs under study and their mechanisms of actions. It is believed that the toxicity of mustard gas involves various factors which work in different ways. The protection against it should be achieved by complex measures. Importance will be attached to glutathione, cysteine and its esters, inhibitors of poly(ADP ribose) polymerase, arginine analogues and calcium channel blockers in the future. [
