摘要
本文是关于落叶松磺化化学机械浆(SCMP)可漂性的初步研究,探索了影响未漂落叶松SCMP白度的因素和使用常用漂白剂的可漂性。
The factors affecting the brightness of unbleached larch SCMP and the bleachability of larch SCMP with common bleaching agents were studied. The results showed that the sulfonation conditions did not affect obviously on the unbleached larch SCMP brightness. The IR spectrogram showed that presence of flavonoid polyphcnols contained in the larch hcartwood is probably the major reason for lowering unbleached larch SCMP brightness.The brightness of larch SCMP is difficult to raise to 50% ZED by single stage bleaching with common bleaching agents, such as H2O2, Na2S2O4 or Ca(ClO)2. Two stages bleaching with H2O2 and H2O2, with Ca(ClO)2and H2O2, as well as with Ca(ClO)2 and Ca(ClO)2 can bleach larch SCMP to or over 50% ZBD. The bleached pulp maintains better strength and yield between 94% and 96.5%. In the view of economics, it seems the two stages bleaching with Ca(ClO)2 is favorable now.
