摘要
以幽门螺杆菌 DNA为模板 ,采用聚合酶链反应设计了 5个特异性寡核苷酸引物和一个公共引物 ,分析检测了 6 2株幽门螺杆菌空泡形成细胞毒素基因 S1 a、S1 b、M1 型和 M2 型 ,检测结果均为 S1 a/ M2 型。实验显示胃十二指肠疾病与空泡形成细胞毒素基因无相关关系。
Five specific oligonucleotide primers and a common primer to detect the vacuolating toxingene (vacA) genotypes (S 1a,S 1b、S 2、M 1 and M 2) in helicobacter pylori (HP) from 62 patients were designed. The results of polymerase chain reaction showed that all the vacA genotypes of these HP strains were S 1 a/M 2.This result suggested that there was no correlation between the vacA genotype and the gastroduodenal diseases.
