腹腔镜手术和开腹术治疗早期卵巢癌的临床对比研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的对比分析腹腔镜手术和开腹术对早期卵巢癌治疗的有效性和安全性。方法回顾10年间在我院就诊的卵巢癌早期患者,比较两种手术方式的盆腔淋巴结切除数、腹腔淋巴结切除数、手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、后并发症、手术复发率、死亡率等,分析手术疗效和安全性。结果两组患者在盆腔淋巴切除数、腹腔淋巴切除数和手术时间方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、术后恢复行走能力时间、术中并发症、手术复发率、死亡率显著少于或小于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术创伤小、出血量少、术后恢复快,并发症发病率和手术复发率低,临床治疗卵巢癌是比较理想的术式。
