摘要
本文对目前国内各种φ1500铸铁烘缸的端盖结构形式,用有限元方法,进行了结构分析和优化研究。 对各种常见的凹形端盖,分类进行了系统的结构分析研究,得出了各类端盖的应力分布规律和对缸体强度的影响,在此基础上,对凹形端盖形式进行结构优化研究,并获得最优端盖结构形式。 本文还对凸形端盖形式的结构优化进行了探讨。
This article discussed the various kind of structure type of end plates of φ1500 Yankee dryers and make a structural analysis and optimal research by using of finite element method.For various common type end plates it makes a systematic study of different kind of structures and acquires the stresses distributive rule and its effect to strength of shells. Based on this research this paper carries on the structural optimal research of end plates, and reaches the most optimal type of end plate.This article also discussed the convex type of end plates and its optimal design.
