摘要
现代航空工业的快速发展,要求不断地提高航空发动机的性能。涡轮作为航空发动机三大核心部件之一,其气动性能的改善对整个航空发动机的性能提高起着至关重要的作用。基于这一背景,通过对某1+1/2级静/动/静布局的涡轮叶片进行数值模拟,改变第二级静叶周向位置,研究时序效应对涡轮性能的影响。发现时序效应对涡轮上游流场影响微乎其微,对涡轮进口流量和落压比的影响不大,主要影响到涡轮效率。从而说明,在叶片设计初级阶段,可以通过时序效应,调整叶片周向位置,改善涡轮性能。
The performance of aero-engine needs to be improved while the aviation industry develops rapidly in the modern time.The turbine as one of the three key parts of turbine engine,its aerodynamic performance improvement is very important for aero-engine's development.For this purpose,a numerical investigation was conducted about the clocking effect on a 1.5 stage turbine cascades with stator/rotor/stator configuration,by varying the circumferential position of the second stage vane corresponding to the first stage vane in a pitch,found that,the clocking position had nearly no effect on the upstream flow field.The turbine inlet mass flow and the expansion pressure ratio,it mainly affected the turbine efficiency,then proved that,during the previous period in blade design,through clocking effect,adjusting the circumferential position of the second stage vane.The aerodynamic performance of turbine can be improved.
