耐力训练后大鼠心肌毛细血管的研究之二——毛细血管ATP_(ase)、AKP活性、超微结构及密度的改变 被引量:7

摘要 本文对经过上、下坡跑台耐力训练的大鼠心肌毛细血管进行了研究,结果表明,毛细血管壁上ATP_(ase)、AKP活性反应增强;毛细血管密度(CD)和毛细血管与心肌纤维的比值(C/F)增高;毛细血管内皮细胞胞浆中微饮小泡增多,毛细血管腔面微绒毛状结构增多。两种训练方式下左、右心室毛细血管的改变基本一致。提示,耐力训练后心肌毛细血管产生了良好的适应性变化,有利于运动心脏的血液供应。 Effects on myocardial capillary were studied in male rats subjected to up-hill and down-hill running program. The result showed that: (1) either histochemical reactions for alkaline phosphatase (AKP) or ATPase wereincreased in myocardial capillary wall; (2) pinocytotic vesicle in capillary endothelium and microvilli on inner surface of capillary endothelium were increased; (3) capillary density (CD) and capillary to fiber ratio(C: F) showed by histochemical reaction of AKP were increased significantly. In conclusion, the benifitial adaptation changes of myocardial capillary were produced after endurancetraining. Those changes were structural basis of cardiac function improved.
