摘要
目的观察综合治疗对恶性脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法收集我院2009年3月~2010年3月收治的住院患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者均行手术联合化疗治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合外放疗;分别对患者生存情况和死亡率进行记录和比较。结果研究组患者6、12、18个月的生存率（100.00%、82.35%、47.06%）均明显高于对照组（88.89%、50.00%、11.11%）,死亡率（52.94%）明显低于对照组（88.89%）,数据经统计学比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑胶质细胞瘤恶性程度高,传统疗效方法较差,手术联合放、化疗共同作用有助于延长患者的生存期,并对恶性脑胶质瘤的临床治疗具有十分重要的远期影响意义。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive treatment of malignant gliomas.Methods Patients admitted in the author＇s hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Patients of the control group were given surgery combined with chemotherapy treatment,while patients of the study group were given external beam radiotherapy on the basis of the control group.Survival rate and mortality of patients in the two groups were compared.Results 6,12 and 18 months survival rates of the study group（100.00%,82.35% and 47.06% respectively） were significantly higher than those of the control group（88.89%,50.00% and 11.11% respectively）,and mortality rate of the study group（52.94%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（88.89%）,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Gliomas has a high malignancy grade,which responds poorly to conventional therapy.Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can help to prolong survival of patients and it has important effect on the long term clinical treatment.
